The Night Shift

3D local Co-Op survival horror set in a bizarre museum named "The Marvelous Grotesque", where players must survive their shift as either the Janitor or the Security Guard.

1st place at the "MAD Game Jam 2025", 48h.

The themes were: "Marvelous Grotesque", "Elevator" and "Flash".

Synopsis

After strange and unsettling events during the previous night shift, the museum is restaffing.

Take control of either the Janitor or the Security Guard, each with unique tasks and abilities. The Janitor cleans floors, toilets, and tidies expositions, while the Security Guard monitors cameras, answers check-up calls, and uses a flashlight and flashbang to survive the dark corridors.

Cooperate to survive the museum’s strange and dangerous creatures while completing tasks. Each of the three enemy types has unique behaviors and weaknesses. If caught, your colleague may rescue your petrified body.

At the end of the shift, pay is deducted for every missed task. Efficiency and teamwork are key to survive and succeed.
